Welcome to the Morningside Farmers’ Market

About

Certified organic produce. Fresh. Local.

Morningside Farmers Market is the first and only farmers market in Atlanta that requires all produce to be certified organic. Unwavering in our commitment to you, since 1995.

Fresh, local, certified organic vegetables, fruits and mushrooms. Plus locally produced meats raised on 100% organic GMO-free feed, bread and foods. Beautiful organic flowers in season. And artisan crafts.

The produce is grown by the farmers who are at the market. It's a very small, intimate farmers market where you can get to know the producers of the food.

Chef Demo by Lynne Sawicki with Sawicki's Meat, Seafood and More, working with collards from Burge Organic Farm

New and Special This Week: I recommend the pasta from Giovanna and Dom with Uncle Dom's Italian Market. Hands down, this is my favorite pasta. This week you'll find log-grown shiitake mushrooms from Nic with Crystal Organic Farm. Dave from D and A Farm will have delicious certified organic broccoli - and Dave is announcing that his farm has a new name, "Red Earth Organic Farms". Same farmers, same produce and meats, same commitment to you and to organic farming. New name. Have you tried the "Spicy Salad Mix" from Elm Street Gardens? It is fantastic. This is a great time of year to get some organic popcorn, get some at the Riverview Farm booth this week. You'll find five varieties of cookies including a gluten free/vegan oatmeal cranberry cookie from Pure Bliss Organics. Hazelbrand Farm returns to market with artisan soaps. And you'll find a wide variety of certified organic vegetables and much more at Morningside Farmers Market. - David
