Magnolia Bread Company

Each loaf is created completetly from scratch - - shaped, watched, and cared for by hand, from the moment the first drop of water hits the flour until a day later, when the hot crusty bread is pulled from the oven on a wooden paddle. We bake in a brick oven - wood-fired the night before baking. In the morning, the oven is scraped and cleaned, and the loaves are baked directly on the hearth.
